 FreeBSDは標準でPasswordAuthentication を禁止しているがChallengeResponseAuthentication は許可されているのでこちらも必ず「No」にしておく。
+Ubuntuで「/etc/ssh/sshd_config.d/50-cloud-init.conf」に以下の設定があったためこちらも禁止にする
