+先に単体のsyncthingを動かしたんだが、そこで作られた設定ファイルの方がバージョンが新しいので起動しなかった模様
+サクッと当該フォルダの中消して立ち上げたら大丈夫だった

+  * 同期するフォルダ->編集->共有で同期する**接続先デバイス**を選択する
+  * 同期を開始すると**target**側で同期して良いか聞いてくるのでこちらもOK

+これで行けるはず((FreeBSDだとsyncthingユーザで起動するためDefaultの/Syncディレクトリの作成に失敗するので注意))((当然Permissionも直す))
